Dr. Mohammad Havaei is a research scientist at Google, specializing in the development of responsible algorithms. His primary focus lies in comprehending and mitigating potential harm associated with generative models. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated expertise in representation learning, domain adaptation, and meta-learning, primarily in the context of tackling challenges in medical image analysis. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Sherbrooke, working under the supervision of Hugo Larochelle and Pierre-marc Jodoin.
