Hello, my name is Luca. I am a Physics undergraduate at McGill University. For the last 3 years, I have been working on computer vision related problems in medical image analysis in Dr. Shirin Enger’s lab in McGill’s Medical Physics Unit and at the Mayo Clinic.
My previous projects include:
– automated applicator digitization in CT images for high dose rate brachytherapy using deep learning
– deep learning-based segmentaiton of tumors in histopathological images
– deep learning-based tumor segmeantion in endoscopy images of recatal cancer patients
